• At Fortune Valley Manor, every wedding is a celebration of love, joy, and togetherness. Your day will be completely customized to reflect your unique story, dreams, and vision. From your very first visit to your final dance under the stars, we’ll work side by side with you to create a day filled with beauty, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
•  We completely understand wanting to get a sense of pricing as you start to explore your options. That’s such an important piece of the puzzle—but we also believe that finding the right venue and planning partner goes far beyond just dollars and cents. It’s about how a space feels when you step into it… how it reflects your love story… and how well you connect with the team bringing it all to life.
• We offer a range of customization, but more importantly, we’re here to guide you through this experience with care, creativity, and heart. We’d love the chance to meet, walk you through everything we offer, and get a better feel for what you're dreaming up.

• Seating for  300 Guests
• Round Tables
• 4 Farmhouse tables to use for bridal party
• White Cushioned Chairs
• Many Linen Colors to choose from along with runners, cheesecloths, burlap etc.
• Gravel Parking for 250+ guests
• The Grounds/Barn from 9AM day of event - 12 Midnight day of event for 1 day venue rental
• Warm White Lights in ceiling fabric & Draping down the beams to the floor.
• Bourbon Barrel Cocktail Tables
• Garbage Disposal
• Cleanup and breakdown is handled by our staff directed by the owners of the venue who are onsite all day. 

• Full Wedding Planning Services are required when booking with FVM. This allows for an all inclusive package with planning your custom wedding day.  

• Our venue only offers 30 custom events each season as we know the time and attention details it takes to plan our couples events so we limit our events each season. 

• Insurance Policy - Day of or Weekend. Approx. Cost $250.00
• 2025 and forward wedding dates booked with FVM will require use of our in house planners to ensure your beautiful day goes off without a hitch.
• 10 PM Noise Ordinance - The party doesn't have to stop at 10PM, but the music does. Have some fun creating an after party with a great playlist for our blue tooth speakers along with some great food options like McDonalds, Burger King or a French fry bar, Slider Shack, or Bacon Egg & Cheeses from our in house chef
• All wedding items will need to be taken with you at the end of the night, centerpieces, decorations, etc. Unless otherwise discussed and planned. 

Every wedding day is as unique as our couples. We can add so many additional details and touches to make your day as special as you, but the list is too far long to add to our site. =)

• We have partnered with the Holiday Inn Express in Kingston NY, located 5 minutes from the venue for your guests to stay locally.
• We have several hotels located in Saugerties/Kingston area to accommodate all of your out of town guests.
• We are located 10 minutes from either the Saugerties or Kingston, NY State Thruway Exits.
